My personal journey with recovery from various addictions began in 2001, and through this journey I matured, learned, and dared to experience life free from addictions and succeeded in overcoming the obstacles of relapse many times.
He is married to Vanda Tahhan and father of George Rizk.
Of course, my passion and love for helping and my realization that a free person is the one who is able to live, be productive and have an impact, I started studying, learning and helping people who suffer from various behavioral addictions.

Today, I briefly present to you the journey of recovery from behavioral addictions through a 3-month journey together and repeated according to need. On the path of awareness, maturity and change, we will discover and experience together:
The roots of your addiction, the addictive cycle and the triggers that trigger your addiction and bring you down.
Understanding and managing different feelings, thoughts and beliefs.
Understand recovery tools and how to use them.
Relapse, its steps, and awareness of its triggers.
Help methodology
We will meet once a week for 90 minutes in the Heliopolis office, and a weekly call in case of emergency.
There will be some duties that you must adhere to and complete before the next meeting.
Pay the agreed-upon fee at the beginning of each month, which is an amount.

The amount is divided into 3 payments (payment every first month)
Zoom sessions are available for those outside Egypt.
